Can Cosme, with a total of 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is made up of 2 connected houses located within the same villa, ideal for enjoying the benefits of traveling together while maintaining privacy thanks to the independence of the 2 houses. A perfect choice for families or groups of friends who value autonomy and want to travel in a group.

It is not allowed to rent the Villa to groups of young people under 28 years of age.

Upon entering the Villa, there is the first house where 8/10 people sleep in 4 double rooms: two rooms with double beds and two double rooms with single beds.If necessary, two extra people can stay on the double sofa bed in the living room.

The first house is completed with its own interior living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen independent from the living room with all the comforts and extras, which includes: a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator and a large freezer. This house ends its configuration with two bathrooms, the first on this same level and the second at the level of the outdoor pool. The two bathrooms are fully designed to offer maximum comfort, they include clean towels, a hairdryer, gel, and a shower at ground level.

With its own private entrance, the second home of the villa has capacity for 4 people distributed in two double rooms: 1 double room with a double bed and a double room with two single beds, in this house we find the meeting room equipped with a large table with capacity for 14 people and open kitchen, where you can enjoy a large interior space to celebrate family gatherings or with friends.

This second home is set itself on two levels (like a maisonette). Upstairs the master double bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the pool views.This is a perfect corner to soak up the morning sun or enjoy a few cocktails at sunset. Also on the same level there is another interior room equipped with two beds and a separate toilet. On the ground floor is the open kitchen-living room and a full bathroom.

The 2 living areas together with the outdoor area and the pool offer more than 400 m2 of leisure and relaxation. Both the pool and the barbecue area are closed for greater peace of mind if you travel with children or the elderly.

Common areas

The exterior of the split-level villa is particularly impressive, surrounded by nature and spectacular mountain views. The pool level is surrounded by a spacious paved terrace, complete with sun loungers and a slide. Upstairs, the barbecue area is located on the ground floor of the first house. With a covered outdoor dining table, this is a great place to enjoy a late lunch with your family or friends until the sun goes down.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. WIFI available throughout the villa. Free parking available on the street.

Our house has a private pool (open all year), barbecue, sun loungers and much more. Guests rent the entire villa with private pool. If you are interested in renting just one of the houses for small groups, please contact us through the form.

RATES

Please note that upon arrival we will collect the tourist tax, payable in cash in euros:
€2 per adult per night (only applicable to guests aged 16 and over).

SERVICES

We offer early check-in and late check-out service whenever the calendar allows and upon request for an extra cost of €150 each service.
*Early check-in will be at 10 AM and late check-out will be at 6 PM.

We offer the following additional services:

• Baby cribs – €25 per crib per stay
• Highchairs – €15 per chair per stay
• Baby bath – €15 per bath per stay
• Pets allowed – €20 per pet per stay
• Change of sheets and towels – €290 per full set
• Extra cleaning service during the stay – minimum 4 hours with 4 cleaners = €310 per service

All services must be booked in advance and are payable in cash in euros upon arrival.
