About us

Villa Can Cosme has a long family history. The first house was purchased by Rosa Bugatell Torrente’s grandfather, Josep Tarrés, who acquired the property as a family retreat.

Years later, an important part of the villa was created by the next generation. The impressive 15 × 5 metre swimming pool was built entirely by his son, Cosme Bugatell Tarrés, who constructed it himself at the age of just 18, working with pick and shovel.

In 2019, Rosa and her mother began a new chapter for the property, starting a renovation project of the main house and its annexes. Their vision was to transform the family home into a welcoming place where guests could enjoy the charm and tranquillity of the villa.

Today, Rosa proudly continues to run Villa Can Cosme, preserving the family spirit and dedication that have always been part of the house, while offering guests a warm and relaxing place to enjoy special moments with family or friends.
