Can Cosme is a spacious villa near Barcelona with capacity for up to 10 people with a total of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 singles) and 2 full bathrooms.
The space and privacy of the villa ensure that it is the ideal vacation home for groups of friends or families with children.
It is not allowed to rent the house to groups of young people under 28 years of age.
Upon entering the villa, you will find the first house where 8 people sleep in rooms (two doubles and two singles). If necessary, two additional people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, with a maximum capacity of up to ten people in the first home.
This home has its own living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, etc.
The house has two bathrooms, both of which are fully designed to offer maximum comfort, including fresh towels, a hair dryer and a ground level shower.
The exterior of the villa is particularly impressive; totally surrounded by nature and with spectacular views of the mountains. The pool level is surrounded by a large paved terrace, with loungers for the whole group and a slide for the kids and older children in your group.The barbecue area and covered outdoor dining table is the ideal place for gatherings, overlooking the pool and the stunning views. What a perfect way to dine al fresco with the rest of your group and enjoy the sunset each day.
Bed linen and bath towels are included. WI-FI available throughout the villa.

RATES
Please note that upon arrival we will collect the tourist tax, payable in cash in euros:
€2 per adult per night (only applicable to guests aged 16 and over).
SERVICES
We offer early check-in and late check-out service whenever the calendar allows and upon request for an extra cost of €150 each service.
*Early check-in will be at 10 AM and late check-out will be at 6 PM.
We offer the following additional services:
• Baby cribs – €25 per crib per stay
• Highchairs – €15 per chair per stay
• Baby bath – €15 per bath per stay
• Pets allowed – €20 per pet per stay
• Change of sheets and towels – €190 per full set
• Extra cleaning service during the stay – minimum 4 hours with 4 cleaners = €210 per service
All services must be booked in advance and are payable in cash in euros upon arrival.

Can Cosme in the town of Rocafort de Bages, in a set of medieval towns configured by Mura, Talamanca and Rocafort. It is part of the province of Barcelona, and it is even possible to travel to this great cultural city in less than 50 minutes by car. The house is located between the Sant Llorenç Natural Park, which is located near the magical mountain of Montserrat, famous for its beautiful monastery, 'La Moreneta' (Museum of the Virgin of Montserrat), beautiful hermitages and you can even take advantage of hiking or the multiple climbing and via ferrata routes that can be found. We are located just 60 km from the center of Barcelona and the closest city, Manresa, just 7.5 km away.It has all its amenities such as restaurants, hairdressers, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy and medical services.
50 minutes by car from Barcelona city center and best Barcelona's beaches (La Marbella, Bogatell and Montgat beach).

15 minutes by car from the Montserrat sanctuary.
15 minutes by car from the city center of Manresa.

Villa Can Cosme is the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing and quiet days and meanwhile you have sunbathing and BBQ next to the pool but is strictly prohibited to through parties or play loud music.

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
Remaining balance: Remaining balance: The rest 50% will be paid upon arrival in € cash € or by bank transfer 29 days before arrival.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 29 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €500 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 2 day(s) after departure
Notes
It is possible to book a single night , contact us to confirm availability.
The price of one night in low season * has a fixed cost of € 1250. * January, February, March, October and November maximum 10 people.
The price of a single night in high season * has a fixed cost of € 2,500. * April, May, June, July, August, September and December.
For small groups it is possible to reserve one of the two houses with capacity for up to 10 people, write us through the form to know the reduced price.
The cleaning fee is not included in the rates, an additional € 190 will be charged for each booking.
Check-in after 22:00 carries an additional cost of € 30 per extra hour.
Check-out after 10:00 am incurs an additional cost of € 50 per extra hour. Always ask in advance if possible.
